In the past few years we guided the newsletter (and communications) programs of Mobilisation Lab and Narrative Initiative:
- We grew newsletters from zero to thousands of global and US subscribers.
- We developed a newsletter strategy that found, engaged and mobilized a network of members, supporters, readers and advocates.
- We helped leadership develop a content strategy that balanced internal content creation constraints, community content, and engagement goals.
- Newsletters gave these small organizations (just a handful of staff each) global presence, influence and relevance.
We left both organizations with newsletters and overall content programs that were valued by supporters, staff, and funder.
